Talavera de la Reyna, is a renowned artisan workshop based in Ciudad de Puebla, Mexico. Established in 1990, this collective of artisans works with goal of preserving, rescuing, innovating, and bringing value to one of Mexico's most important artisanal processes, the Talavera de la Reyna workshop continues to use traditional techniques and rescue motifs that originated in ancient Mesopotamia.

Through the participation of contemporary designers and artists, Talavera de la Reyna is bringing this artisanal technique into a modern aesthetic language, uniting tradition and the avant-garde.

Since 1990, we have held the Designation of Origin granted by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). In December 2019, UNESCO named Talavera an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

  

For Heirlome's Fall Winter 2025 collection Talavera de la Reyna's founder Angelica Moreno and her team meticulously designed three exclusive prints inspired by their latest creations. "Plumeado" is a modern reinterpretation of their most popular and traditional design and "Linear Print" is inspired by Talavera's most contempory creations.
